Challenge
The main goals were to redesign the current customer experience within the commercial process and facilitate accessibility to information, both through digital tools , in order to improve the relationship between Apymsa and its customers.

We designed a B2B platform able to attend Apymsa´s customers main pain points and also capitalize on the value generators identified, in a way in which its development would include the current digital infrastructure, respect the operation and meet business objectives.
How do we generate value?
- The design of a tool that sets a standard in the market, respecting the infrastructure, operation and business objectives of Apymsa.
- Improvement in the customer experience through modules and functionalities that empower them throughout the commercial process.
- The design of a simple navigation and friendly interfaces to provide a better experience.

Who are we designing for?
This B2B platform was designed to generate value in the different customer segments of Apymsa.
Where the differences and similarities in their relationship with the company were analyzed, identifying those elements that generate value in each segment, which were implemented in the design of the platform and customer experience.

The path towards the MVP
In a first iteration, we´ve contemplated that the B2B platform will include the modules and functionalities that´ll have a greater impact on the user.
For a post-launch stage, we´ve proposed to strengthen the capabilities of the digital platform, adding other modules that will continue to improve the customer experience through rewards and gamification elements.
