How was the project created?
Challenge
Globally, the number of people has been increasing drastically, which forces urban planning to reduce more and more every time most spaces in large cities. Storage represents a common challenge all around the world. BodeGo was born to solve this problem through a model that tests the traditional concept of physical warehouse. The challenge of this project was the development of a digital product that manages to improve the experience of people when looking for additional storage.
Project
The model of bringing containers home to load your things and store them later on, is something already established in other countries, mainly in the United States. While within the country, efforts are beginning, without there being a key leadership or a solid infrastructure, the big question here was: would this model work in Mexico? Through a series of workshops with different profiles, we were able to identify key needs and differences compared to other markets, such as the full service culture in the country, unlike the DIY (Do It Yourself) of the American. Under these learnings, a business model based on technology was designed, which makes the service accessible for people and for the business, processes are simplified since digital business management is carried out.
How do we generate value?
- Business model design.
- Validation of the concept and its tropicalization.
- Identification of the different market segments and their needs.
- Customer experience design.
- Design of interfaces and main flows.

Who are we designing for?
We were able to identify needs in two main market segments: growing families and seniors. Each of these segments has its specific needs and challenges.
We seek to design a product that all these segments could use. We identified which were the potential early adopters and what type of segments would be integrated later.

The path to MVP
The first thing was to identify the needs of each of the segments and translate them into different functionalities.
Subsequently, which functionalities were basic and which would become part of subsequent iterations of the product were refined, thus defining the prototype.
