How was the e-commerce and vendor application created?
Challenge
The opportunity of bringing the products of CALM directly to the final consumer was identified, so they decided to start with innovation efforts, seeking to design and develop a digital product that positions each brand while respecting the identity and unifying the sales channel, achieving a functional experience for the customers.
Project
With the insights learned from the clientes, the decision was made to develop an e-commerce per brand and integrate them in a shared ecosystem allowing the navigation among each other, sharing the same shopping cart and an administration portal. In addition, we accomplished efficiency in the daily operation through the integration of the ERP.
How do we generate value?
- We promoted cross-selling between the group’s brands.
- We designed an optimal and functional experience for the clients.
- We unified the sales channels of each brand respecting their own identity.
- We centralized the administration of the four brands in the same platform.

Who are we designing for?
Workshops and interviews with consumers were made to understand their habits, so we could design a functional web app that meets the client’s needs.
We learned that the clients identify the brands but not the distributor, so we decided to give each brand an independence for its positioning within the tool to promote cross-selling and the positioning of the others.

Multiple iterations have been made in order to continue improving the customer journey, by including in these new stages new experiences for distributors as well.
