Who are we designing for?
Medium and large companies mainly engaged in construction are the customers to satisfy.
Being companies with multiple projects at the same time, the main thing was to be clear about their relationship with Fanosa from the very beginning.

The path to MVP
Once the internal processes of the company, the client’s needs and the technological complexity that the tool entailed had been understood, the scope of the tool was limited by debugging the basic functionalities and those that would be part of new iterations of the product.
