How was the project created?
Challenge
Radec is a company born in Jalisco, who is the national leader on the import and commercialization of collision auto parts. They serve wholesale clients and retailers with more than 30,000 different products. To simplify their operation, they decided to start with a digitization process focused on designing and developing a digital platform that simplifies the administration process, shorten supply time and improve the relationship between Radec and their clients.
Project
We developed an app (mobile & tablet) for customers so they could consult the availability of products and balances with the objective of creating orders through this new channel. To succeed with the process, technology immersion was needed to identify the best way of integrating to the company’s infrastructure.
How do we generate value?
- We reduced the time of the tool localization and supplying.
- We created an online purchase and order creation channel through a mobile app.
- We developed a friendly and personalized experience for the customers.
- We achieved more than 7,000 downloads among clients and other users.

Through interviews with Radec’s customers, we identified the key functionalities for the tool, defining a design style that respects the purchase process ensuring friendly navigation flows.
