Challenge:

Autex, one of the leading companies in the automotive aftermarket in Mexico and Central America, had the challenge of designing a new experience for the end consumer. They were looking for a digital solution that would boost sales and market preference.

what do we achieve?

We have managed to define and adapt the processes and in-store experience to a digital environment, seeking to simplify the purchasing process, from searching for a product to after-sales.

How did we do it?

Through our methodology we discover the main needs and expectations of the market. With this, we design all the flows (UX) necessary to meet the desired experience. In addition to achieving a high technical level delivery to simplify the development of the project.

Immersion

We understood the business and the technical challenge of achieving a seamless digital experience in a catalog with multiple attributes and indexing categories.

Exploration

We spoke with different customer segments to understand their current purchasing experience with the company and competitors. With these learnings we obtained key information to boost sales and preference.

Ideation

We co-create and prioritize user-centric concepts that address customer needs to define their go-to-market path.

Definition

We evaluated multiple technology providers, the company's current infrastructure and its systems to integrate into the operation. In addition, we designed all interfaces (UI) ensuring compliance with business rules to develop this new shopping experience.

Construction

We accompanied the client during the development process, providing a product team that immediately addressed the challenges and definitions that the project presented during its construction.
