ITESO

We design digital and service solutions that simplify and improve access and interaction with university services for the entire ITESO community.

Challenge:

The Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente needed to offer its community simpler and more efficient access to university services, since the dispersed and disorganized processes made the experience difficult for students, teachers and administrators. The challenge was to create a solution that would centralize the services and offer an intuitive and user-friendly experience, allowing users to quickly and efficiently access the information and procedures they need.

what do we achieve?

  • Centralization of services: We created a platform that concentrates and organizes university services, facilitating access and reducing complexity in the user experience.
  • Flexible and scalable platform: We designed a technological solution capable of adapting to the future needs of ITESO, allowing the integration of new services and functionalities in a simple manner.

How did we do it?

We work closely with ITESO to map the challenges and needs of the university community. Through ideation and validation workshops with users, we design a platform that centralizes and improves access to services, integrating functionalities that facilitate user navigation and self-management.

Immersion

We interviewed 15 stakeholders to understand the main challenges in accessing services. We analyzed ITESO's current digital ecosystem and documented the barriers that hindered the user experience, which allowed us to identify opportunities for improvement.

Exploration

We interviewed more than 50 users, mapping their respective journeys and identifying their pain points and key needs. This stage allowed us to define solutions that facilitated access and interaction with university services, guaranteeing a fluid and personalized experience.

Ideation

In the ideation phase, we co-created and developed concepts focused on simplifying the digital experience. Through prototypes and project sheets, we validated each feature with users to ensure that the final solution responded to the real needs of the ITESO community.

Definition

We defined a platform architecture that facilitates the integration and management of multiple services in one place. We designed intuitive interfaces for different types of users, ensuring an intuitive navigation flow that allows the community to access services quickly and without complications.

Construction
