Coppel faced a logistical and operational challenge to ensure that more than 120,000 employees received their uniforms efficiently and on time. Existing processes generated delays, cost overruns, and a negative perception of the uniform. The challenge was to design a solution that would unify the employee experience with an optimized system for managing and distributing uniforms.
We worked together with the Coppel team to analyze current operational flows and map critical points in the value chain. We conducted interviews, process analysis, and co-creation workshops that allowed us to optimize each stage of the process, from planning to final delivery.
