What a great experience we had a few weeks ago participating in Grupo Coppel's CX Week! 🚀
It was an honor to present and share ideas on a topic that we consider fundamental to the future of Customer Experience (CX): The impact of kindness on the customer relationship.
We talked about how kindness is not just a "nice quality", but a true enabler of service design.
