AUTEX ACADEMY

We designed an LMS platform to digitalize the training of mechanics and connect learning with access to specialized products

Challenge:

Autex Academy sought to transform the way mechanics are trained by providing a digital solution that combines theoretical and practical training with access to products on its e-commerce platform. The challenge was to develop a scalable and engaging educational ecosystem that offered a personalized experience for different levels of mechanics, facilitating the adoption of new Autex tools and products.

what do we achieve?

  • Digitalization of learning: We created an educational platform (LMS) that centralizes theoretical and practical content, facilitating the continuous training of mechanics through a friendly digital environment.

 

  • Scalable platform: We design a digital infrastructure that allows for the addition of new courses, products and functionalities as demand and user needs grow.

 

  • Seamless integration with e-commerce: We ensure that users can access products related to their training and make purchases within the same platform, creating an integrated experience.

How did we do it?

We started with an in-depth investigation of the automotive mechanics market, mapping their training needs and their interactions with digital platforms. Through interviews with stakeholders and users, we identified pain points and expectations, which allowed us to design a robust digital solution, focused on user experience and seamless integration with the Autex ecosystem.

Immersion

We conducted interviews with mechanics, workshop managers and Autex experts to identify the main barriers in the training process and understand how Autex Academy could offer a more effective and straightforward experience for its users.

Exploration

We explore in depth the different user archetypes, from experienced mechanics to workshop owners. We map their customer journeys and discover the motivations and frustrations in their learning process.

Ideation

We developed several enabling concepts, such as gamification of learning, real-time support to resolve queries and integration with e-commerce.

Definition

We define interfaces tailored to the needs of mechanics, with particular attention to ease of use and quick access to related products. In addition, we structure interaction flows to ensure a cohesive experience between training and purchasing, allowing users to find and acquire the necessary tools without leaving the platform.
