Improving the digital experience of payroll loans

We designed a digital solution to optimize the application and granting of payroll loans for public and private sector employees.

Challenge:

Falgo, a SOFOM focused on offering payroll loans, identified an opportunity to digitalize and improve the experience of its users. Our challenge with them was to design a solution that would not only optimize the stages of the credit process, but also ensure an efficient, scalable and secure operation, both for public and private sector employees.

what do we achieve?

  • User-Centered Prototype: We developed a prototype that, based on in-depth user research, optimizes the credit application and granting experience.

 

  • Improving user experienceBy carefully mapping each stage of the credit process, we identified critical points and optimized user interaction with the platform, resulting in a more efficient and satisfying flow.

 

  • Solid infrastructure for growth: We design a robust technological foundation that supports both business scalability and the evolution of user needs, ensuring the long-term relevance of the product.

How did we do it?

We worked closely with the Falgo team to understand their vision and the challenges of the payroll lending market. Through user-centric research, we mapped the current experience and designed a digital solution that improves every stage of the lending process. Our methodology included ideation sessions, concept validation, and development of a prototype that aligns with business objectives and user needs. 

Immersion

We conducted stakeholder interviews and analysis of the current situation to identify the main areas of opportunity. This stage allowed us to align project expectations and understand Falgo’s operational and technological challenges, laying the foundations for an effective solution.

Exploration

We conducted workshops and interviews with key users, including developers, brokers and employees of public agencies. Through this research, we identified their needs and pain points, which allowed us to design a digital product that would truly generate value and improve their experience.

Ideation

We prioritized the pain points and value drivers of the exploration phase. We created enabling concepts that improved the user experience, which were converted into digital products such as a mobile app for promoters, a web app for agencies, and tools to manage requests and credits.

Definition

We create a Service Blueprint and technology infrastructure diagrams to align the product with business and user objectives. We design intuitive interfaces and define interaction flows to ensure a consistent user experience across the entire digital ecosystem.

Construction
