B2B Business Process Automation

FANOSA

We design and develop a portal that automates commercial processes in B2B relationships

Product vision design // Interface prototyping // MVP development // UX & UI design

Challenge:

Fanosa is a leader in the sale of construction materials (Polystyrene) in Mexico. They sought us out to simplify their business model and enable the potential of their sales force. They needed to reduce complexity and manual work for salespeople in the sales process, allowing them to focus their efforts on offering an ideal experience to their B2B customers.

“This project optimized the commercial process and represents a firm step towards continuing with the digitalization of the company” Strategic Projects Executive, FANOSA

what do we achieve?

After a design process, we understood the needs and expectations of the different customer segments. We defined a digital product that optimizes processes and empowers the sales force through the comprehensive digitalization of the relationship with its customers. We enabled functionalities that improve the process, from order requests, credit line requests and management, collections, marketing, among other commercial functions. We enabled customer self-management, which led to a refocusing of the sales force towards account development and not order collection.

How did we do it?

Immersion

We begin by immersing ourselves in the company, where we focus on understanding its operating and commercial model and its technological architecture with the aim of understanding the different business rules and its technological capacity.

Exploration

We conducted an exploration with different customer segments, to understand their current experience with Fanosa with the aim of identifying innovation opportunities to implement on the digital platform.

Ideation

We define the minimum viable product (MVP) from a user-centric perspective. We validate the concepts through prototypes and define the development and integration plan to the core business systems.

Definition

We define the minimum viable product (MVP) from a technological perspective. We validate the concepts through prototypes with real users. We define a clear course of action for building the product and its integration into the company's different systems and suppliers.

Construction

We develop the product respecting the business rules and the operation through full integration with the ERP (Oracle). In addition, on the front end we deliver a product with excellent (UX) for customers.
