We created a digital solution that transforms remittance management and connects Mexican families with access to financing.

Challenge:

A group of financially savvy partners identified an opportunity to revolutionize the remittance-receiving experience in Mexico through an innovative digital service. Their goal was to improve accessibility and expand financial benefits for remittance-dependent families. They tasked us with designing a secure, scalable, user-centric digital product that also complied with all industry regulations.

what do we achieve?

  • User-Centered Prototype: We developed a prototype based on an in-depth exploration of user needs and a detailed analysis of the remittance market, ensuring that the product design reflects their expectations and behaviors.

 

  • Comprehensive understanding of the market: We gained in-depth knowledge of the remittance ecosystem in Mexico, identifying key opportunities and validating concepts that can transform the financial experience of families.

 

  • Solid foundations for digital infrastructure: We propose a scalable and secure technological infrastructure, specifically designed to support the business model, establishing the foundations for the future development of the digital product.

How did we do it?

We worked closely with Fintech and a dedicated research team to align project goals with user needs. Through in-depth qualitative research and various ideation sessions, we developed a digital ecosystem that not only met security and scalability requirements, but also transformed the user experience, facilitating access to digital banking services.

Through in-depth qualitative research, we identified key needs and pain points. These findings guided us in creating a digital product that not only met the project’s objectives but also delivered a transformative experience for users.

Immersion

We worked with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their objectives and the remittance environment. We conducted interviews and market analysis to identify key challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Exploration

We conducted in-depth research through workshops and focus groups in different regions of Mexico, both in urban and rural areas. We analyzed the needs, behaviors, and pain points of users receiving remittances. This research allowed us to develop user archetypes and prioritize key functionalities that would generate the most value in the final product.

Ideation

We organized multidisciplinary innovation workshops to generate disruptive concepts that address critical user needs. Through the creation of storyboards and usage scenarios, we visualized how the digital product would fit into users’ daily lives, allowing us to define a clear and differentiated value proposition for the prototype.

Definition

We consolidate our ideas into a clear and functional design. We define a robust MVP and a technological infrastructure that meets security and scalability standards. We create intuitive interfaces that guarantee a fluid and accessible user experience, ensuring that the digital ecosystem is ready for future expansions and improvements.
