Kiosko needed to implement a Service Portal (for in-store operations) and an Administrator Portal with an intuitive and user-friendly experience, but capable of supporting complex operations: business rules, modules, and interdependent workflows, and especially payment processing, supplier inquiries/reconciliation, and unregulated services. The challenge required balancing UX clarity with a secure, resilient, and scalable technological architecture.
We built the Services Portal and its Administrator
The development methodology we implemented included the execution of functional tests, user experience (UX) tests, and security assessments of the code and infrastructure.
We understood the business and the product needed to operate it
We dedicated more than 740 hours to understanding processes, flows, and rules for service management, to ensure that the solution is aligned with operational reality and complies with various regulations.
We enable continuous improvement through user acceptance and usability testing (UAT).
Through testing we identified incremental improvements (from UI tweaks to new features) and opportunities to improve flows and interactions with the system.
We implemented a development model with continuous delivery, supported by a collaborative work scheme between teams (Core + Oversight) and a technological base designed for security, resilience and scalability.
