Radec is a leading national company in the import and marketing of collision auto parts. Currently, they serve wholesale and retail customers with more than 30,000 products.
They sought us out to simplify their operations and support them in starting a digitalization process focused on simplifying administrative processes, shortening supply times and improving customer relationships.
We designed an experience to streamline the commercial and administrative process in collision workshops based on a mobile and tablet application that allows checking product availability and balances, facilitating the placing of orders through this new digital channel.
