WEDDING PLANNING

We designed a digital wedding planning platform that facilitates both the planning of the bride and groom and the operational management of the team.

Product Design / MVP Design / UX & UI Design

Challenge:

One of the most prominent companies in Mexico for its excellence in wedding planning and execution identified two key areas for improvement: strengthening the confidence of the bride and groom during planning and optimizing the operational efficiency of their team. Based on these needs, we guided them in their digitalization process to transform and enhance their operations.

what do we achieve?

  • We strengthened trust and transparency: We implemented digital tools that allowed the bride and groom to closely follow each stage of their wedding planning, which increased their confidence during the process.

 

  • We optimize operational efficiency: The web manager designed for the internal team improved internal coordination, reducing errors and speeding up response times, resulting in a smoother and more efficient operation.

 

  • We improve the customer experience: The mobile app developed for the bride and groom facilitated communication and task management, resulting in a more organized, personalized and satisfying experience for each couple.

How did we do it?

We worked closely with the team to fully understand the needs and expectations of both the bride and groom and the operational team. Through detailed research, we mapped the complete journey a couple follows during their wedding planning and in parallel, we analysed the team’s operational process. This allowed us to identify pain points and capitalise on value drivers to come up with effective digital solutions.

Immersion

We begin by immersing ourselves in the company, where we focus on understanding its operating and commercial model and its technological architecture with the aim of understanding the different business rules and its technological capacity.

Exploration

We conducted extensive research to map the entire wedding planning process, identifying key areas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency, allowing us to develop effective solutions based on the identified needs.

Ideation

We used creative and collaborative thinking methods to generate solutions that addressed the identified challenges. We developed project sheets for each proposed solution, ensuring that each was aligned with user needs and business objectives.

Definition

We turned our ideas into a tangible digital ecosystem, consisting of two main products: a mobile app for the bride and groom and a web manager for the team. We defined each module and functionality in detail.

Construction

We develop the product respecting the business rules and the operation, and in addition, in the front end we deliver a product with excellent (UX) for the clients.
