Challenge:

YAYEGÓ, a company in the food supply and logistics sector, was on the path to optimizing its operation, which depended largely on manual processes and a small team. With the ambition to expand and consolidate itself as a leader in the industry, it sought us as allies to digitalize and scale its operating model, ensuring transparency, efficiency and a superior experience for its customers throughout the supply process.

what do we achieve?

  • We digitize the operation: We implemented a digital ecosystem that automated and optimized operational processes, reducing errors and improving efficiency in order management and logistics.

 

  • We improve the customer experience: We developed an intuitive platform that allows restaurants to quickly place orders, manage their inventory and receive real-time updates, strengthening trust in YAYEGÓ.

 

  • Scalability assured: We have established a solid technological infrastructure that allows YAYEGÓ to grow and expand nationally, with the ability to integrate new functionalities as market needs evolve.

How did we do it?

We conducted a deep dive to understand their challenges and growth expectations. We identified pain points and value drivers, allowing us to define a user-centric digital strategy, create intuitive navigation flows, automate key processes, and implement a technological infrastructure for their future expansion.

Immersion

We conducted interviews with YAYEGÓ’s co-founders and operational team to understand the operational challenges and their expectations of this project. With their help, we mapped the current operating model and captured the critical points where technology could make a significant impact.

Exploration

We identified the needs and expectations of YAYEGÓ's different users. We conducted detailed interviews with clients of various profiles, which allowed us to discover their pain points and the aspects of the operation that they valued most.

Ideation

Using user-centered ideation methods, we developed several solutions to address the identified challenges. We created detailed project sheets for each component of the platform, such as the mobile app for clients and the web admin for the YAYEGÓ team.

Definition

We defined the new digital experience through a set of illustrated flows covering everything from login to order receipt. We created a value proposition tailored to each type of customer, ensuring that each interaction with the platform was intuitive and efficient.
