Grupo San Carlos is a housing development firm from Guadalajara, Jalisco. They have delivered more than 60,000 homes in 55 years.
In the context of their digital transformation, they sought us out to deepen their relationship with their customers throughout the entire home-buying lifecycle. Their ultimate goal was to expand the scope of their value proposition and consolidate their market leadership.
We developed a digital platform that offers trust and transparency to customers throughout the entire process, from the purchase motivation to the management of post-sale guarantees. Our solution reduced the operational burden on customer management by the internal team, we promoted omnichannel through integration with the business's core systems, we simplified key functionalities such as down payment, credit file management, support, project progress notification, among others. In this way, we minimized the main pain points that existed in the customer experience.
