We created a comprehensive digital solution to transform the purchasing and distribution experience for nanotechnology products manufactured by the company into NanoHumans.

Challenge:

Nano Humans faced the challenge of digitizing its business processes to improve the experience of distributors and end customers. The lack of a unified digital platform created friction in managing orders, payments, and communicating with its users. Designing an efficient and scalable digital ecosystem was key to ensuring business expansion and improving customer relationships.

what do we achieve?

Operational efficiency: We simplify distributor and customer management, reducing order and payment times.

Optimized user experience: We designed an intuitive platform that makes purchasing, accessing credit, and tracking orders easy.

How did we do it?

We began with an in-depth analysis of the business and its commercial processes to identify areas of opportunity for digitalization. Through interviews and collaborative workshops with distributors and end customers, we identified the main points of friction in purchasing and order management. With this information, we designed an intuitive digital ecosystem that optimizes the user experience, automates key processes, and enables business scalability. We validated each feature with key stakeholders to ensure its alignment with Nano Humans' strategic objectives.

Immersion

We interviewed key stakeholders at NanoHumans and analyzed the expectations of distributors and end customers. We identified the main operational and technological challenges that were hindering the effective digitalization of the business.

Exploration

We mapped B2B and B2C customer journeys to understand their interactions with the business. We uncovered barriers in the purchasing, payment, and distribution processes, allowing us to design digital solutions aligned with their needs.

Ideation

We generated strategic concepts for the digital platform, including order automation, payment method integration, and credit access optimization. Through project sheets, we validated each feature with stakeholders to ensure its viability.

Definition

We defined the platform's technological architecture, ensuring interoperability with systems such as Odoo and Stripe. We designed intuitive interfaces and established efficient interaction flows for distributors and end customers.

Construction

We developed a responsive web app for distributors and end customers, facilitating order and payment management. We also implemented an administrative portal that optimizes inventory, credit, and invoicing management. Both solutions were designed to ensure scalability and security.
