Nano Humans faced the challenge of digitizing its business processes to improve the experience of distributors and end customers. Designing an efficient and scalable digital ecosystem was key to ensuring business expansion and improving customer relationships.

We began with an in-depth analysis of the business and its commercial processes to identify areas of opportunity for digitalization. Through interviews and collaborative workshops with distributors and end customers, we identified the main points of friction in purchasing and order management. With this information, we designed an intuitive digital ecosystem that optimizes the user experience, automates key processes, and enables business scalability. We validated each feature with key stakeholders to ensure its alignment with Nano Humans' strategic objectives.
