We transformed the electronic billing experience with a redesign focused on usability and efficiency

Challenge:

NUNSAM, a leader in electronic billing, wanted to improve the functionality and experience of its N-FACT and Auto Billing products, used by its hotel clients and end users. The challenge was to optimize the user interface, simplify billing processes and improve response to errors and unclear messages. In addition, it was crucial to ensure that the new platform was scalable, flexible and ready for future integrations with business systems.

what do we achieve?

  • Comprehensive redesign: We simplified the user experience by improving information organization and billing flows, which significantly reduced the need for technical support.

 

  • Workflow Optimization: Users can now generate invoices, correct errors and access reports in a faster and more efficient process, reducing dependence on technical support.

 

  • Scalability assured: We develop a flexible architecture that allows integration with business systems and supports future business growth.

How did we do it?

We started with an in-depth analysis of user interactions with the products. N-FACT and Self-Billing. Through interviews and workshops Together with the NUNSAM team, we mapped the critical points in the user experience. And thanks to ideation workshops and validation sessions with the NUNSAM team, we defined significant improvements in both products.

Immersion

We conducted interviews with NUNSAM stakeholders to map their needs and expectations. This analysis allowed us to deeply understand how internal users interacted, identifying critical areas for improvement.

Exploration

We researched the customer journeys of different user profiles. We analyzed how they interacted with the platform and what the most common pain points were. Based on this research, we designed an optimized billing flow that makes the process smoother, reducing unnecessary steps and making it easier to correct errors.

Ideation

During ideation, we generate concepts for improvements to the interface, navigation, and workflows. We design features such as clearer error messages, better organization of modules, and smoother navigation.

Definition

We defined a new information architecture to optimize access to the main functionalities. We designed intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces, ensuring a fluid user experience in each module. We also developed the interaction flows between the different billing modules, ensuring efficient integration of processes and frictionless navigation.
