NUNSAM, a leader in electronic billing, wanted to improve the functionality and experience of its N-FACT and Auto Billing products, used by its hotel clients and end users. The challenge was to optimize the user interface, simplify billing processes and improve response to errors and unclear messages. In addition, it was crucial to ensure that the new platform was scalable, flexible and ready for future integrations with business systems.
We started with an in-depth analysis of user interactions with the products. N-FACT and Self-Billing. Through interviews and workshops Together with the NUNSAM team, we mapped the critical points in the user experience. And thanks to ideation workshops and validation sessions with the NUNSAM team, we defined significant improvements in both products.
