Challenge
Compárale was born from the need for detailed information on the different offers of mortgage loans, which the customers receive through digital platforms. To empower clients, we seek to design a digital product that facilitates their decision making with the centralization of the different offers of mortgage loan, allowing them to find the option that best suits their needs.
Project
We developed a digital platform that centralices the mortgage loans offered by the different banking institutions in the same place, empowering the user with transparency of information, allowing them to make better decisions. Also, we designed a module that allows the clients to bid their credit looking to receive proposals from other institutions improving their mortgage conditions.
How do we generate value?
- Upgrading the customer experience by centralizing the offers of different suppliers in the same platform.
- Allowing customers to compare different options in a personalized way, empowering them with information transparency.
- Providing the real estate advisers a digital work tool.
